PROCESSING
Each of our products is carefully handmade, and the production and quality inspection may take 3-5 business days. Orders will be processed and shipped in the order they are received.
Note: weekends and holidays are not included.
SHIPPING
Standard Shipping: typically arrives within 6–15 business days.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email notification with your international e-packet tracking number.
Please note: Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time.

SHIPPING DELAYS
Shipping time estimates begin from the date of shipment, not the order date. In some cases, delays may occur due to invalid addresses, customs processing, or local delivery issues.

All shipping fees are at the customers expense. This includes shipping fees for a return or exchange and import/ customs fee's for international shipments. We are not liable for any extra charges by the post office, Shipping fees are non-refundable.
