We want you to love your Tibetan Echo piece. Because each item is handmade, we do not accept returns for change of mind.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges only if:

• The item is defective,
• The item was damaged upon arrival, or
• You received the wrong item.

Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging.

How to Initiate a Return

To begin the process, please email us at echotibetan@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We will guide you through the next steps.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process a refund to your original payment method. Please note:

• Refunds are issued only after inspection.
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Non-returnable Items

For reasons of sanctity, any items that have been specially blessed cannot be returned or exchanged.
