At Tibetan Echo, customer satisfaction is always our top priority. We want you to love your Tibetan Echo piece. Because each item is handmade, we do not accept returns for change of mind.
· The item is defective
· The item was damaged upon arrival
· You received the wrong item
If you received the incorrect or defective order, our customer service will review the return request and send further instructions if the return is approved. Our team will bear the freight charges for the return of the goods.
· Eligible items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receipt of the original order.
· Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all articles intact.
· We do not accept returns via cash on delivery. If received, the return will be rejected.
· Final sale items, promotions, coupons, and freebies are not eligible for return or exchange.
· Once a package has been packed or shipped, we cannot change the shipping address. Please ensure the shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not liable for lost packages due to incorrect addresses.
Step 1: Request a return or exchange by contacting our after-sales customer service at echotibetan@gmail.com.
Step 2: Provide the order number and your email address. Our customer service team will contact you.
Step 3: We will authorize your return and send you our return shipping address.
Step 4: Prepare your package and pack your merchandise and all its contents securely.
Step 5: Deliver your package. Be sure to get a receipt and tracking code for your parcel online.
Refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days upon receiving your return at the warehouse. If you have not received your refund within two weeks, please contact us at echotibetan@gmail.com.
The refund will be made via the same payment method used for the original purchase.
